Progress is fast and furious lately and this is all very exciting. During the last week the team have worked on the elevator, controls and the back seats. The servo motor has been installed and connected to the elevator trim tab. Electrical current was attached and the motor works beautifully. At the same time the elevator horns have been drilled and the balance weight has been added. |

Today was an exciting day for all. We finally cut the DOOR into the aircraft. The aircraft has been in the country for a long time and I have never had the pleasure of sitting in my own aircraft. Well that changed today! Owen and his team have spent the last few days preparing for this momentous occasion. The left side or is that the starboard side, of the aircraft needed redesigning. We needed to cut through the longeron in order to have a door that will make the aircraft accessible. |

 Welcome to the latest update of our website.
We are trying to keep up with the times so I decided to try out the latest Content Management System (CMS) called Joomla! This will hopefully assist me in updating the website far quicker and more frequently. |

Today I celebrated my 22nd Aniversary. 22 years ago I was injured and I am still going strong. As part of the celebrations Gerda and I decided we would invite a few friends to the airport for a braai and to witness first hand the amazing progress that is happening to the aircraft. |
